🔧 Damaged, Broken or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with missing parts, we’re happy to offer a full refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and include the following:

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you’re taken care of.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

Due to the nature of our product, once it has been unboxed or unpackaged, we are unable to accept returns. We cannot resell used or opened items, so we kindly ask you to choose your size carefully before placing an order.
